Beath High Community Use, Cowdenbeath is starting 2 new classes:

Saturday Morning Spinning 9.30am - 10.15am 16+

Spinning classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout - burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape - especially during the off-season.  You can burn up to 800 calories in one class!  The classes are suitable for Beginners up to Pro.  You can decided the level of resistence.  Head of Beath High Community Use, Sarah Drury says "I am delighted that we can offer spin again, as it is a fantastic way to get fit and have fun"!

Keyboard Classes Monday 6.00pm and 6.45pm 6+

A class designed for youngsters to learn to play the keyboard the fun way, Beginners - Advanced welcome.
